Chantilly and Herndon Auto Repair

trabajan exelente y muy profecional y trabajan todo tipo de carros

I recently visited JL Tire & Auto Service, and I wanted to thank everyone there for the great experience. I was happy with the service I received and wanted to share a few things that stood out during my visit. When you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was respectful and easy to talk to, which made the experience comfortable. The front office and waiting area were clean, organized, and well-maintained. I'm slightly allergic to dust, so I appreciated that I had no issues while I was there. The waiting area has plenty of seating, a TV, and a coffee station for customers. It was a comfortable place to wait while my vehicle was being worked on. The entrance to the waiting area was also easy to access. The doors were light and didn't require much force to open, which may be helpful for anyone who uses a wheelchair or has difficulty opening heavier doors. For the service itself, they were able to fit me into their schedule right away. They got started without unnecessary delays, and everything went smoothly. The shop area was spacious and organized. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and professional, and they communicated well throughout my visit. I appreciated how carefully they handled my car and treated my car as if it was their own. Overall, I was very happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back for future services. It's nice to find a shop where you feel comfortable bringing your car and know that you can leave your vehicle in trusted hands. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars from me! I highly recommend JL Tire & Auto Service.

Excellent place to fix your car. Professional and friendly people..

Best price in the area; excellent work on suspension and brakes.

pretty straightforward and easy

If you are looking for an honest, professional, and reliable auto shop in NOVA, look no further than JL Tire & Auto Services in Herndon, Virginia. We brought our 2019 Chevrolet Equinox to them after receiving a highly questionable quote and service recommendations from a local Chevrolet dealer. The team at JL Tire & Auto are professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They took care of our rear brakes, a Tire Pressure Sensor (TPMS), and a rear tail light quickly, and the pricing was completely fair and transparent. No upsell or hard sell for work that was not required. It is so hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this shop has earned our business.

I have seen great reviews about the attentiveness of the staff at JL Tire. I called their Herndon location and ask to have one TPMS sensor installed to replace a failed sensor. They confirm my appointment and when I arrived they immediately took my car in their garage. The work was none in 20 minutes with the new TPMS sensor working. Very pleased with the value of the work completed.

This is the best and most honest shop in Chantilly, VA especially for vehicle emissions testing, inspections and general repairs/maintenance services. The team is very professional and kind. I highly recommend them!
