Great place while on road trip hit a pot hole and bent a rim went to a couple places which all told me they were too busy but not JL tire they said no problem did exactly what I asked and moved bent wheel to the rear of the car to avoid the shimmy on my way back to NJ.

I had the window regulator on my RAM 1500 replaced here in June 2025, and it has already completely failed and the window fell into the door. My invoice explicitly states a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty, but TechNet told me the shop ended its participation in April 2025, before my repair, so the nationwide warranty advertised on their website doesn't apply. When I previously called about the window acting up after moving out of state, I was told, “What do you want us to do, teleport your truck here?” This time, the manager said, “Well, it lasted a year, that's pretty good.” To make matters worse, the shop repairing it now found that the interior door handle had been broken during the previous repair and the cable was routed incorrectly. Neither was disclosed to me. The handle had acted strangely ever since JL did the original repair, and now the entire interior handle assembly also has to be replaced. I'll update this review if JL ultimately pays to correct these issues.

Years ago our trusted mechanic retired. We feel so lucky to have found J&L Tire and Auto Service while looking for a replacement tire. They helped us keep two Hyundai Santa Fe's running for 20 years each! When we downsized to just one car, they inspected our first choice and found problems in time for us to exchange it for a much better car which they also vetted. They tell you what your car needs without upsell, and charge a fair price for honest work. I won't take my car any where else.

What I appreciated most was how thorough they were in assessing the car. They took the time to explain what they found, showed me pictures, and provided documentation so I could clearly understand what needed attention. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The service itself was excellent. They use quality parts, stand behind their work with a warranty, and the pricing was very reasonable. Everything was handled professionally, and I felt confident that the work was being done properly. Finding a repair shop that is honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced is not always easy. Found my go-to shop, paid attention to the amount of positive reviews left by women and was not disappointed. No pushy sales or over the top/excessive repair recommendations. No hidden shop fees or taxes not discussed prior, only downside is shuttle may not be available but minor inconvenience. Overall, perfect recipe for repeat biz cause cars these days will fail at some point so they'll be seeing me again.
